Experienced Senior ERP manager and supporting solution architect

Background & services: I have a solid background in delivering IT and ERP projects with over 35 years of experience in the industry, gained from both the partner and customer sides. My experience covers roles in consulting, project management, solution architecture, solution consulting, and originally in development.

In 2024, I transitioned to freelance work and now provide project, track, and team management for ERP/D365 F&O implementation and migration projects for both end clients and implementation partners.

For end clients, my services typically include support with internal strategy, project management, change management, transition to operations, and vendor management, such as overseeing Microsoft partners and ISV vendors.

For implementation partners, I offer project management and track/team leadership services.

I also take on the role of solution architect and functional consultant within selected process areas.

Services and Mindset: At the client site, I work closely with management, business teams, and technical implementation teams to ensure that the vision and business needs are met. I act on behalf of the client to define, plan, coordinate, validate, and manage project and vendor deliverables. I am accustomed to taking on multiple roles and am ready to step in wherever needed.

It is essential for me to ensure a high level of transparency in project deliveries, particularly in terms of implementation processes, progress, and economy.
